When will my order arrive?
You can easily check the status of your order on our Order Status page. Simply enter your email and order number, which you can find for example in the confirmation email after the purchase is completed. You will immediately see the current information about the processing and delivery of the shipment.
Can I return an item if it doesn't suit me?
Yes, you can return the item within 1 month of purchase. Please fill in the form and send the goods back to us.
How can I return or claim a product?
Just go to the Complaints and Returns page, enter your email and order number (you can find it for example in the confirmation email) and fill out a short form. You can then return the goods to us free of charge. Once the package arrives at our warehouse and we process the complaint, we will either send you a new product or refund your money – depending on what you choose in the form.
