Complaints / withdrawal from the purchase contract

If any of the purchased products contain a defect that cannot be resolved with our customer support, the goods can be claimed within two years of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible in case of defective goods.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can safely return the item within 1 month of purchase. Please return the goods including all accessories and in their original packaging.
