The doll looks very nice. It speaks clearly, but it doesn’t walk. After 2 hours of trying with 5 people, we gave up. The leash doesn’t hold well in the hand. The box picture shows the screws should be placed on the doll. On YouTube the leash is mounted with the screws the other way round. Tried the button on the back in every way and nothing. Very disappointed. I’m worried about buying a new one. Many reviews also say it didn’t walk. The new doll is fixed in the box, so it can’t be tested and returned. I’m still waiting for a response from the shop and nothing. I asked for some instructions and an arrangement. I want an exchange for another doll, properly tested in the shop. Otherwise it’s just hassle and costs with a claim.
