Assembling the Happy Cube 3D puzzle cube will stretch your mental muscles, improve concentration, develop spatial thinking and coordination, and reduce stress. The basic task is to build a perfect cube from six pieces of the same color. However, it’s not as simple as it looks at first glance. Usually, there is only one way to assemble the cube. The next task is to fit the individual Happy Cube pieces back into the flat, two-dimensional frame they came in. The third task—and the real challenge—is to build larger and more complex three-dimensional structures by adding other cube types from the same group. Some structures are harder than others; examples can be found on the packaging of each Happy Cube product. There are four groups of Happy Cube 3D puzzle cubes, each containing 6 different cubes. Every group has a unique color scheme, style, and difficulty level. Within each group, cubes—and therefore difficulty—are distinguished by color. In total, there are 24 different cubes available. Four Happy Cube groups: Little Genius – for children aged 3–7 – single-colored, with different icons by difficulty level (* fruit, animals, * vehicles, sports, * weather, ** nature). These are the easiest cubes. Happy Cube – ages 5 to 99. Profi Cube – ages 7 to 99. Marble Cube – ages 9 to 125. The age-based difficulty ranges are only indicative; even adults will have fun with cubes intended for children. This brilliant yet simple idea was created in 1986 by Belgian inventor Dirk Laureyssens. Happy Cube pieces are made of 8 mm thick EVA foam.
