The goal of the game is to sink all of the opponent’s ships.
After setting up the divider so the game board is not visible to the opponent, each player freely places their ships on their own board. Ships must not directly touch each other. The player whose turn it is calls out coordinates, for example, C3. The opponent checks whether one of their ships was hit and says “miss” or “hit.” The player who fired marks the shot, e.g., C3, on the corresponding square on the divider: red for a hit and white for a miss. The opponent, in turn, marks exact hits on their ships in red. As long as you keep hitting, you may continue shooting.
