Instructions (brief): To inflate, connect the blue hose to the blue valve on the pump, insert the white valve at the end of the hose into the opening in the ball, and pump until the measuring tape shows a circumference of 2.5 m. Then insert the stopper into the valve. To deflate, remove the stopper and, if needed, use the pump with the red valve to speed up air removal.
