Practical shoulder snaps make it easy to transform Cocoon from a swaddle (arms in) into a sleeping bag with arms out – ideal at the first signs of rolling. It is recommended to transition gradually, one shoulder at a time.
Two-way zipper for quick diaper changes
The two-way zipper allows you to unzip from the bottom and access the diaper comfortably without having to fully undress your baby. The zipper is designed to be gentle on delicate skin.
Soft, breathable and gentle materials
A combination of GOTS organic cotton, a stretchy outer fabric with elastane, and a bamboo lining delivers softness, breathability and comfort. The materials are dyed with water-based dyes and are suitable even for sensitive, eczema-prone skin.
The ErgoPouch Cocoon 2-in-1 sleeping bag and swaddle helps soothe your baby and reduce the startle reflex, while still allowing room for natural movement and healthy growth. It is made from GOTS-certified organic cotton, with added elastane for stretch and a bamboo lining for extra softness. The bell-shaped design is recognized by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as “hip-healthy.”
The 2.5 TOG rating is suitable as a standalone sleep layer at room temperatures of approximately 17–23 °C (without a blanket). The chest area is designed with lower insulation (approx. 1.0 TOG) to reduce the risk of overheating and support comfortable breathing. The package includes a practical room thermometer and a layering guide to make it easier to choose the right clothing according to the room temperature.
