The Roco H0-scale model of the Class 742 “Kocour” diesel locomotive impresses with precise workmanship and rich features for a modern layout. It offers digital control with sound, function-switched LED lighting, and 4-axle drive for smooth running in shunting service as well as on the main line.
Czechoslovak (later Czech) Class 742 “Kocour” locomotives are among the iconic diesel locomotives designed for medium-heavy shunting and line service. This model represents the ČD 742 007-8 version and is equipped with modern digital electronics for realistic operation on a layout.
The locomotive is fitted with a PluX22 interface and an MS450P22 sound decoder. Lighting is implemented with LEDs and, in digital mode, allows independent switching of selected lights as well as cab lighting.
