Highly effective contact adhesive for extremely stressed joints with immediate high strength. Ideal for leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals and hard plastics. Offers heat resistance up to 120 °C, is fully waterproof, fast to process and toluene-free.

CHEMOPRÉN Extreme Classic is a special contact adhesive designed for permanently stressed joints with very high strength. Thanks to its resistance to temperatures from −40 °C to +120 °C and full water resistance, it is suitable for interiors and more demanding conditions, for example near heating elements.

It excels in quick and easy processing, the possibility of universal use, and resistance to long-term bending stress. After stirring, it is immediately ready for use. Not suitable for polystyrene, Teflon (PTFE), plasticized PVC, PE and PP, and must not come into direct contact with food and drinking water.

  • Wide application: leather, wood, rubber, textiles, metals, plywood, cardboard, hard plastics
  • High immediate strength: reliable bonds without additional clamping
  • Temperature resistance: up to +120 °C, waterproof design
  • Toluene-free: safer, modern formulation
  • Easy application: notched trowel, brush or roller

Application recommendations: Bonded surfaces must be dry, degreased and clean; for metals and plastics, roughening is recommended. Apply a thin layer to both surfaces, allow to air for 10–15 minutes, then join and press firmly. The decisive factor is the pressure force, not its duration. Final strength is achieved after 24 hours.
