Universal dispersion adhesive based on polyvinyl acetate for precise, clean bonds of wood and other materials. Offers high bond strength, flexibility and transparency after curing, and resistance to ambient humidity according to DIN EN 204/D2. Ideal for structural joints (dowel, mortise-and-tenon, tongue-and-groove), edge-glued panels, HPL, and fiberboard.
PATTEX Standard D2 is a reliable wood glue for both home workshops and professional joinery. Thanks to its water-based polyacrylate/dispersion formulation, it is easy to apply, grabs quickly, and after curing forms a strong, flexible, and clear bond that does not discolor wood—even species with tannins.
Suitable for softwoods and hardwoods, bonding of dowel and mortise-and-tenon joints, tongue-and-groove, edge-glued panels, and large-area materials (HPL, pressed fiberboard). Meets class D2—ideal for interior applications with occasional moisture.
