The KONTAKTCEYS contact adhesive is an ideal choice for home workshops and professional use. Thanks to its chloroprene base, it achieves excellent adhesion and forms reliable bonds with resistance up to 30 kg/cm². It is easy to apply to both surfaces, quickly flashes off, and provides an immediate strong bond after pressing.
Suitable for repairs and assembly indoors and outdoors, especially when bonding metal, rubber, wood, leather, fabric, ceramics, or plastic. With a temperature resistance of -10 to +90 °C, it handles normal operating conditions and remains flexible to withstand vibrations and minor material movements.
Instructions for use:
- Clean, dry, and degrease the bonding surfaces.
- Apply a thin, even layer to both sides.
- Allow to vent for approx. 10–15 minutes (depending on the material).
- Once the adhesive no longer strings when touched, bring the surfaces together and press firmly to avoid air pockets.
- Remove excess adhesive with acetone.
Not suitable for: polystyrene, Teflon, and certain plasticized plastics.
