The tension wire is designed for the installation and reinforcement of chain-link fencing between posts. For fencing up to 150 cm in height, two tension wires (top and bottom) are commonly used; for greater heights, a third wire in the middle is added. If the tension wire is part of the mesh itself (already woven in), only the middle wire is tensioned.
