Three independent support points in a triangular geometry increase friction and stability. Under load, the bar “bites” into the frame, minimizing the risk of slippage.
The telescopic design with a safety lock installs without screws. The integrated spirit level helps with accurate, straight positioning across a 77–95 cm span.
The HMS DD300 is a new-generation doorway pull-up bar that combines a triple stabilization system with a durable telescopic steel bar. Safety is enhanced by a one-way mortise & tenon lock, which allows firm tightening while preventing accidental loosening. Three non-slip contact pads with a dense texture protect the frame and provide maximum friction and stability.
Installation is completely drill-free—set the length to 77–95 cm, tighten the lock, and use the integrated spirit level to easily align to the ideal position. The soft foam grips are pleasant to the touch and won’t slip even during longer sessions. The bar is suitable for overhand and underhand pull-ups, dead hangs, Australian rows, and core exercises.
