The LIM–1 fighter is the Polish license-produced version of the legendary Soviet MiG–15. Production started in Mielec in 1952, significantly boosting the development of the Polish aviation industry. The aircraft were fitted with the licensed Lis–1 engine, and approximately 227 units were produced. This finely designed model captures the appearance of a Polish Air Force aircraft from 1952.
The 1:32 scale set includes 504 precisely crafted elements with hard-wearing prints that do not rub off. Thanks to the opening cockpit and rolling wheels, you get a realistic display; the pilot minifigure completes the period atmosphere. A display base with a nameplate and national markings is also included.
