Build a stable tower, load 9 colorful balls into each level, fit on the retaining ring, and place the dome with the penguin on top. Players take turns to spin the wheel and, according to the color shown, use the sticks to pull out balls without toppling the tower. The balls drop inside and exit through an opening in the base — the tension rises with every move!
