The JELCZ 317, a Polish self-loading short-range vehicle, was manufactured at the Jelcz Motor Works in Jelcz-Laskowice. The vehicle had a “short” two-seat cab with the trade designation 113 K and was produced in series from 1982. Production ended in 1992. The full commercial name of the vehicle was JELCZ SHL 3W 317-82. Thanks to its versatile applications, the vehicle performed tasks flawlessly across many sectors of the domestic industry.
