The Jelcz 317 was a Polish tipper truck designed for so-called short-haul use, manufactured at Jelczańskie Zakłady Samochodowe in Jelcz-Laskowice. The vehicle used a “short” two-seat cab (commercial designation 113 K), which was mass-produced from 1982. Production of the model series ended in 1992; the full commercial designation was Jelcz SHL 3W 317-82.
