JELCZ 317, a Polish short-range self-loading vehicle, was manufactured by Jelczańskie Zakłady Samochodowe in Jelcz-Laskowice. The vehicle had a “short two-seat” cab with the commercial designation 113 K and was produced in series from 1982. Production ended in 1992. The full commercial name of the vehicle was JELCZ SHL 3W 317-82. Thanks to its versatile applications, the vehicle proved excellent in many sectors of the domestic industry.
