Pokkén Tournament DX from BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment Inc. and The Pokémon Company lets players take direct control of top-tier Pokémon and battle other Pokémon in real-time fights. With new fighters and an expanded roster of Support Pokémon, this is the definitive version of the game that already received very positive fan feedback on Wii U.



Pokémon arrive on Nintendo Switch for the first time. This new real-time fighting game set in the Pokémon universe includes all content from the Wii U and arcade versions of Pokkén Tournament, as well as a variety of brand-new gameplay features to deliver the ultimate Pokkén experience. Pokkén Tournament DX offers, for example:


- Pokkén anytime, anywhere, with anyone: Play Pokkén Tournament DX in TV mode, handheld mode, or share a Joy-Con with another trainer and enjoy one-on-one battles in tabletop mode truly anytime and anywhere!
- New fighters: The fighter roster from the Wii U version is expanded with Decidueye, as well as additional Pokémon from the arcade version.
- New Support Pokémon: Litten and Popplio from the latest generation of Pokémon games for the Nintendo 3DS family now lend support to your battling Pokémon.
- Team Battle mode: Choose three Pokémon and fight to the last Poké Ball in the new Team Battle mode.
- Group Match mode: Face players of similar skill levels in intense online matchups.
- Daily challenges: Complete varied daily challenges to earn additional rewards.
- Watch battle replay: Hone your skills by watching other players’ replays or share recordings of your own matches with this brand-new feature.
- Right into the action: All fighters and Support Pokémon are available from the very first launch of the game.
