The PASTELS collection pacifier features an anatomically shaped teat and is made of transparent silicone that is completely tasteless and odorless. It is also decorated with adorable pastel-colored designs. The pacifier is BPA-free. Advantages of Canpol babies pacifiers: they are well ventilated; you can easily verify this by pressing the teat (do not underestimate this feature—poor ventilation can lead to deformation of the child’s palate and bite). Ventilation holes in the pacifier shield allow free airflow, drain saliva, and thus prevent skin irritation around the mouth. The safety ring on the pacifier is firmly attached, making it easy for the child to grip and for parents to attach a clip or chain. Pacifiers are available in attractive, cheerful colors and imaginative designs. Instructions for use: Before first use, sterilize the pacifier in boiling water for about 5 minutes for hygienic reasons. After cooling, squeeze out any remaining water from the pacifier. Before each use, wash the pacifier thoroughly in warm water. Do not use any antibacterial or chemical cleaning agents. Excessive use of cleaning agents may damage plastic parts. Never dip the pacifier in sweet substances or medicines—you expose the child to the risk of enamel defects. Use the pacifier for a maximum of 1–2 months, then replace it for hygienic and safety reasons. If the pacifier ends up in the child’s mouth, DO NOT PANIC—the pacifier is designed so the child cannot swallow it, and you can safely remove it from the mouth. Remove the pacifier as carefully as possible. Store the pacifier in a clean, dry, closed case. We recommend not using pacifiers for children over 3 years of age. Important! For the safety and health of your child! Before each use, check the pacifier’s condition. Test the teat by pulling it thoroughly in all directions. At the first signs of damage, discard the pacifier immediately and do not use it further. Use only clips and chains that comply with EN12586. Never attach the pacifier to various strings, shoelaces, or clothing ribbons. The child may choke. Do not leave the pacifier in direct sunlight, near a heat source, or in disinfectants longer than recommended—you may weaken the teat. Keep the removed cap out of the child’s reach to prevent possible choking. The silicone pacifier complies with: Directive 2001/95/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on general product safety.
